Online School of Drama

We are the pioneers of online drama teaching in India. Our team has experts who have been doing drama and theatre with children for 20 years. Our experts have international experience of working with children and are trained nationally and internationally. We have successfully transferred our work to an online medium and we know how to make the best use of this medium for children.

The children can choose one of the following languages as the primary language of communication for the workshop: Assamese, Bangaani, Bengali, English, Garhwali, Gujarati, Haryanavi, Hindi, Kashmiri, Malayalam, Marathi, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu,

Workshops are multilingual. All the facilitators possess working knowledge of Hindi and English

Objectives of the workshop

How do we do it?

• This is preliminary JOY OF ACTING workshop. Suitable for beginners also.

• We have designed this Online Theatre Workshop for Children JOY OF ACTING very carefully in order to achieve the objectives mentioned above.

• Our facilitators are specially trained for online mediums

• We are committed to our work. We leave no stone unturned to do our best for children so that they can do their class due to the circumstances out of control. Here we are to support.

• We reserve one chance of taking the best. From our long experience of working with children, we know that a child never wants to miss even a single class. In case he or she misses a 'Live recap class' for each child in this workshop.

Who can participate?

• The theatre workshop is open for children between 6 and 16 years.

• The medium of communication of this workshop will be Hindi and English.

• The children must have a device and good internet connection to attend online classes of this workshop.

• It is advisable to have some space in front of the camera so that the participant can be visible in full and can move around and play.

• The participants are also advised to ensure a noise-free space

How many hours?

• From 6 June Sunday to 29 August Sunday 2021. Live classes on all Sundays.

• Two additional days of live sessions – 27 August Friday and 28 August Saturday.

• Duration of each Live class will be 2 hours. • Additional 20 hours of offline engagement, assignment reviews, and performance support.

• Total 50 hours of direct engagement with all participants.

• Age Groupwise timing of the classes: 6 to 9 Years: 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM 10 to 12 Years: 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM 13 to 16 Years: 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM

• We can change the group of a child or the timing of a session to balance the demands of all participants.

Fee & Registration:

• The fee for this one-month-long workshop is INR 4500.

• Fee (4500rs) can also be paid through GPay or Paytm to 9910292819 but if paid online through this website, you will avail of a special discount of 500rs.

• We have a provision of scholarships for two Indian government school students in each group on a ‘first-come, first-served basis.

• Late admission up to 2 days can be considered if there is a seat in the group. In such a case, an extra class will be provided to bring the child on the same page.

• Reading, watching, and working on at least 10 stories

Certification:

• E-Certificates will be provided to the participants after completion of the workshop for which a minimum of 80% attendance is compulsory.
